The client(s) engages the services of Budget to Success, LLC, under the below mentioned terms and conditions:
A valid credit card is needed for all services. By providing said credit card information you are allowing Budget to Success, LLC to charge your card for any services that you sign up for.
Right to Cancel
A valid credit card is needed for all services. By providing said credit card information you are allowing Budget to Success, LLC to charge your card for any services that you sign up for.
Budget to Success will not continue to provide service to clients who file chargebacks. There is no contract and you can cancel your services at any time by contacting customer support. All documentation and phone recordings if applicable will be handed over to our merchant to support proof that you authorized any charges from us. Please note any verbal, physical, written or other abuse including threats of abuse or retribution of any Budget to Success employees or faculty will result in immediate termination.
Cancellation
You can cancel our services at any time. Due to services bill in arrears clients must cancel within (3) business days of recurring payment. Once cancellation is received the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.
Termination Policy
We can, without notice, suspend or terminate any service at any time for any reason which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.

Information Budget to Success, LLC Gathers and Tracks
Budget to Success, LLC gathers two types of information about users:
• Information that users provide manually on our web site. This information is gathered on our Enrollment (Sign Up) Form and includes name, address, email address. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
• Information Budget to Success, LLC gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.
Usage Tracking
Budget to Success, LLC tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. LLC does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). Budget to Success, LLC sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a “click through”, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.
Cookies
We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Budget to Success, LLC uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. Budget to Success, LLC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Arbitration & Mediation
In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this contract, agreement, and/or services, it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the applicable United States Arbitration and Mediation Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and legally binding, and judgment may be entered thereon. Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees in accordance with the applicable Rules of Arbitration. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with the arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit, including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
(a) “Disputes” are any claims or controversies against each other related in any way to or arising out of in any way our Services or the Agreement, including, but not limited to, billing services and practices, policies, contract practices (including enforceable), service claims, privacy, or advertising, even if it arises after Services have terminated. Disputes include claims that you bring against our employees, agents, affiliates, or other representatives or that we bring against you. It also includes but is not limited to claims related in any way to or arising out of in any way any aspect of the relationship between us, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.
(b) If either of us wants to initiate a claim to arbitrate a Dispute, we each agree to send written notice to the other providing a description of the dispute, a description of previous efforts to resolve the dispute, all relevant documents and supporting information, and the proposed resolution. Notice to you will be sent as described in the “Providing Notice to Each Other Under The Agreement” section and notice to us will be sent to: Budget to Success, LLC. We each agree to make attempts to resolve the dispute prior to filing a claim for arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the notice to arbitrate, then we each may submit the dispute to formal arbitration.
(c) Unless we each agree otherwise, the Arbitration will be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator and will take place in the county of the last billing address of the Service.
Your consent
By using this site, you consent to the collection and use to this information by Budget to Success, LLC. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

It is understood that this is a team sport and you must do your part, so we can do ours. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of items reporting on your credit report. We take an in-depth look at your credit report, create a personalize strategy, and prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports.
It is understood that we offer credit information. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and clearly explain your options. However, we do not provide legal advice (i.e.; the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, please consult an attorney.
Client understands that chargebacks initiated AFTER completion of services or work has been completed by Budget to Success, LLC will be constituted as fraud and Budget to Success, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action, including, but not limited to, all applicable attorney fees, collection fees, and additional late fees and/or interest associated with collecting on his account
Client(s) Commitments & Terms:
All clients/customers/former and past clients, agree to forward all correspondence from the credit bureaus to Budget to Success, LLC including, but not limited to, letters and credit reports.
Budget to Success, LLC cannot perform the service provided without obtaining copies of the credit reports and all correspondence from the credit bureaus. Clients agree to provide all relevant and requested documents in a timely manner to Budget to Success LLC office providing services. We ask that all documentation be provided as soon as reasonably possible. We request that you send this information within (3) business days of receipt.
Clients agree to inform Budget to Success, LLC of any change of address in a timely manner. Budget to Success, LLC will be limited in providing our services will out obtaining new bills/statements with the newly reflected address.
Clients understand that Budget to Success, LLC has no ability to dictate the decisions clients make regarding financial decisions that may impact their credit report, credit score, and/or other financial responsibility(s). Clients cannot and will not hold Budge to Success, LLC accountable or liable for any actions , and/or consequences regarding their past, present, and/or future decisions that may impact their credit report, credit score, financial situation, and/or standing(s) with any financial, or otherwise, institution and/or company.
Clients agree to pay Budget to Success, LLC for the services rendered. Lack of payment will suspend all work on their account. Budget to Success, LLC will work with any customer’s seeking to resolve billing or service issues so long as that customer contacts our office as soon as reasonably possible regarding their billing or accounting issue(s).
The success of this service will be dependent on the completion of the above mentioned client(s) commitments. Clients understand that failure to compete all of these activities will void the service guarantee, refund, and warranty.
Disclaimer:
There are several limits to the work of Budget to Success, LLC which the client(s) should be aware. Because each case can vary, Budget to Success, LLC cannot guarantee any specific or individual results on a client’s case. Because each case is different, there is no precise time frame that can be reasonably disclosed. Credit Bureau reports as well as other relevant documentation provided us becomes property of Budget to Success, LLC. A client agrees to waive all rights to obtain copies of the correspondence sent to the credit bureaus from Budget to Success, LLC.
Public Safety and Legal Process
We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
